KB1120 - Finding/Viewing a course enrolment key

Here's how to find the Student self-enrollment key for a course to which you have editing rights:

  1. At the top of your course, click the "Participants" menu item.
  2. On the Participants page, in the top-left drop-down menu, select "Enrollment Methods".
  3. On the Enrolment methods page, click on the settings (gear) icon next to "Self enrolment (Student)".
  4. Look for the Enrolment key setting (fourth setting from the top).
  5. Click on the field entry area or the grey pencil icon, found to the right of the field.
  6. To see the enrolment key, click on the "Reveal" icon (eyeball), next to the field.
