Continuing Studies registrations are processed by Destiny One, and the data is then transferred over to BANNER to then be used with both the auto-shell creation and auto-enrolment processes.
Sometimes, there can be delays in the transfer of the data, or worse: the data is not reflected in BANNER. These may need to be investigated further if they do not resolve themselves within 24 hours.
Withdrawals
Issue: One issue that has come up is the delay following the withdrawal of a student from a CS CRN. A student's withdrawal MUST receive final approval (shown below) in Destiny One before the withdrawal shows up in BANNER and subsequently the student is suspended in Moodle (as Paul is in the image, below). Until then, the student will continue to show as Active (as Melanie is in the image, below).
Solution: Wait for a day or two for the change to be fully processed and show up. If, after several days, the student remains active in Moodle, contact the appropriate person in C.S. to complete the final approval.
