KB1028 - Checking course accessibility using Blackboard Ally

Integrated into VCC Moodle, Blackboard Ally focuses on making online course content more accessible.

Ally provides two main functions:

1. Providing alternative accessible formats for students: Ally will generate a range of more accessible alternatives and will make these available to all students in the course. These alternative accessible formats include Semantic HTML, audio, ePub, and electronic braille.
2. Highlighting accessibility issues in course content: Ally provides feedback about the accessibility of course materials and gives guidance on how to fix any identified issues.
