KB1140 - Setting up Clickers: Troubeshooting Guide

Use this troubleshooting chart to solve basic setup issues with Turning Technologies clickers and software:

This assumes that you’ve already installed the Turning polling software, and have a USB receiver and ResponseCard(s).
