KB1162 - Students Can't See Grades

If your students are telling you that they can't see a link to their course grades, it may be due to your course settings.

Try the following:

  1. Go to your course settings page.
  2. Scroll down to and expand the section called Appearance.
  3. Check the setting for Show gradebook to students. It should be set to YES. If not...
  4. Change the setting to YES
  5. Save your changes
  6. Ask your students to check again.
