KB1293 - Known Issue: Kaltura Capture Upload Problems

Sometimes, Kaltura Capture is unsuccessful at uploading your recording. This article explains how to try and resolve this issue and upload your video.

If your Kaltura Capture recording gets stuck during uploading and seems to hang there without progress for a long time, here's what you can do to upload your video:

Cancel and Retry the Kaltura Capture Upload

1. To cancel the current upload, click on the little "x" icon next to the percentage progress bar of the file that is being uploaded.
    
2. Retry the upload by clicking the "Upload" button again:

Manually Upload your Video

You can manually upload a Kaltura Capture video, as long as the recording is still stored on your computer.

• First, locate your recording on your computer:
