KB1138 - Setting Your Default Text Editor

The default Moodle text editor is ATTO.  To change your default to TinyMCE, do the following:

  1. Access your profile preferences by clicking on your profile image on the top right of the screen, hovering over Preferences and clicking on Edit Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Preferences section of the page and click it to expand the options.
  3. Change the "Text editor" to the editor of your choice.
  4. Click on [Update profile].
