KB1134 - Sharing your Screen with eLearning Support

When trying to troubleshoot an issue, it can save a lot of time and frustration if the eLSupport staff can see your screen and watch what you're doing. eLearning Support may ask you to provide a screenshot to show us the issue you're seeing, or may ask to start a Zoom meeting with you, during which you can share your screen with us and show us the issue in real-time.
