If you cannot see student submissions under "Grade submissions" in a Kaltura Media Assignment, it may be caused by an incorrect group setting in the activity.
- In the activity's "Settings", expand the section "Common Module Settings", and look at the "Groups" setting.
If it is set to "Separate Groups" and your course is not using Groups, that is the most likely cause (see below):
- Change the "Group Mode" setting to "No Groups", and scroll down and hit "Save and Display".
- Go back to the activity's "Grade Submissions" page and verify that you can now see the student submissions.
