KB1104 - Where do I get help for Moodle?

At VCC, Moodle support is managed by the eLearning Support team (aka "eLSupport") who are of the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Research. (eLSupport is not part of IT or Helpdesk, but we do work closely with them.)

There are several ways for VCC Instructors and staff to get help with Moodle:
